These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings and use of services provided by DreamscapeTrip (PT. Shaqueena Fawwaza Lestari) (“DreamscapeTrip”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking or using our website at dreamscapetrip.com, you (“you”, “guest”, “client”, “traveller”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

DreamscapeTrip curates and operates premium travel experiences within Indonesia and, where applicable, in other destinations. Our services may include, but are not limited to, trip planning, accommodation, transportation, tours, activities, guides and related travel arrangements provided directly by us or by carefully selected third-party suppliers (“Suppliers”).

3. Bookings & Contract

  1. A booking is confirmed only when:
    • you have submitted the required booking details through our website or in writing,
    • we have issued a written confirmation (email or message), and
    • we have received the required payment as stated in these Terms.
  2. The contract for your trip is formed between you and DreamscapeTrip. In some cases, parts of the services may be provided directly by our Suppliers, in which case their own terms may also apply in addition to these Terms.
  3. You confirm that all information provided to us (names, passport details, contact information, medical or dietary notes) is accurate and complete.

4. Prices & Inclusions

  1. All prices are generally quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), unless specifically stated otherwise.
  2. What is included in the price of each trip will be clearly stated in the specific trip description or proposal (e.g. accommodations, meals, transportation, activities, guide services).
  3. Items not expressly mentioned as included, such as personal expenses, optional activities, visas, vaccinations, travel insurance, and some meals, are excluded and at your own cost.
  4. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to significant changes in taxes, fuel costs, park fees, or exchange rates. You will be informed of any material changes before you confirm your booking or, where legally required, given the option to cancel with a refund according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Payments

  1. Deposit: A non-refundable or partially refundable deposit of 50% of the total trip price is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated in your individual proposal.
  2. Balance Payment: The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 14 (fourteen) days before the trip start date, unless a different deadline is specified in writing.
  3. If the booking is made 14 days or less before the trip start date, 100% payment may be required at the time of booking.
  4. Payments must be made through the payment methods made available on our website or as otherwise communicated (for example, bank transfer via our secure payment partners). You are responsible for any charges or fees related to your chosen payment method.
  5. If we do not receive the deposit or balance payment by the specified due dates, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you and to apply our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Changes by You

  1. If you wish to make changes to your booking (such as travel dates, room type, participant names), you must notify us in writing as soon as possible.
  2. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee that changes will always be possible, especially close to the departure date.
  3. Any additional costs charged by our Suppliers due to such changes (e.g. airline, hotel, boat operator fees) will be passed on to you, plus a reasonable administration fee where applicable.

7. Cancellations by You

If you cancel your booking, our Refund & Cancellation Policy will apply. The policy specifies how much of your payment can be refunded depending on how far in advance you cancel before the trip start date. Certain components (such as airline tickets, special permits, or non-refundable hotel rates) may be subject to stricter conditions and may be fully non-refundable.

8. Changes or Cancellations by DreamscapeTrip

  1. We plan all trips with great care, but occasionally we may need to make changes due to operational, safety, or external reasons (e.g. weather, government regulations, force majeure).
  2. Where a significant change is necessary, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and offer:
    • a revised itinerary of comparable standard, or
    • a different trip of similar value, or
    • a refund in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy where appropriate.
  3. We reserve the right to cancel a trip if the minimum number of participants is not reached, if Suppliers are unable to operate, or if there are safety concerns. In such cases, you will be offered a credit, reschedule, or refund according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay is due to events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure”), including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, epidemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, government actions, travel restrictions, or failures of transportation or accommodation providers.

In case of Force Majeure affecting your trip, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative arrangements, rescheduling, or partial refunds in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Certain non-recoverable costs, including a reasonable operational fee, may be deducted from any refund.

10. Your Responsibilities

  1. You are responsible for ensuring that you meet all entry, visa, passport, vaccination, and health requirements for the destinations in your itinerary.
  2. You must follow local laws, customs, and regulations, as well as the instructions of our guides and Suppliers, especially with respect to safety and environmental protection.
  3. You are responsible for your own property and personal belongings at all times. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage unless caused by our proven negligence.
  4. If your behaviour is deemed unsafe, abusive, or likely to cause danger or serious inconvenience to others, we reserve the right to terminate your trip without refund.

11. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance suitable for the nature of their trip, including coverage for medical expenses, evacuation, trip cancellation, curtailment, and loss or damage to baggage. Some trips may require proof of adequate insurance as a condition of participation.

12. Limitation of Liability

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage (including loss of profit, loss of enjoyment, or additional expenses) arising out of your trip or use of our services.
  2. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with your booking shall be limited to the amount you have paid to us for the relevant trip, except where otherwise required by mandatory law.
  3. We are not liable for acts or omissions of third-party Suppliers or for events that are not within our reasonable control, including Force Majeure situations.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, itineraries, branding, photographs, videos, text and materials are owned or licensed by DreamscapeTrip and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

14. Data Protection & Privacy

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website and services, you consent to such processing.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your booking or use of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. You agree that the courts of Indonesia (with primary venue in or nearest to Kota Bekasi) shall have jurisdiction over any such dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory protections afforded to consumers under applicable law.
