Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for trips booked with DreamscapeTrip (PT. Shaqueena Fawwaza Lestari) (“DreamscapeTrip”, “we”, “us”). This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. General Principles
- All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to our official email or WhatsApp contact.
- Refunds are issued to the original payer using the same or an equivalent payment method, where possible.
- Some travel components (e.g. private boat charters, hotel or resort deposits, airline tickets, permits, liveaboard bookings) may be strictly non-refundable under Supplier policies. In such cases, Supplier terms will prevail.
- Any refund issued will be net of non-recoverable Supplier costs and reasonable administrative fees, as outlined below.
2. Full Payment Requirement
- All bookings require 100% full payment at the time of booking on DreamscapeTrip.com via our secure payment gateway.
- Full payment is required to secure accommodations, boat or yacht reservations, liveaboard bookings, permits, guides, and other travel services.
- If payment is not successfully received, the booking will not be confirmed.
3. Cancellations by You (Change of Mind)
If you choose to cancel your trip for reasons other than Force Majeure, the following refund schedule applies based on the date we receive written notice:

| Less than 30 days | No refund |
Refunds, when applicable, will not exceed the amount actually paid by you to us.
4. Cancellations Due to Force Majeure
Force Majeure events include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemics/pandemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, government restrictions, travel bans, airport closures, or similar circumstances outside our control.
If your trip cannot proceed due to Force Majeure, we will coordinate with Suppliers and offer one of the following (depending on Supplier policy and availability):
- Rescheduling to a future date, subject to availability and any price differences; or
- Providing a travel credit/voucher for future use; or
- Providing a partial refund up to 90% of the total trip price after deducting:
- non-recoverable Supplier costs, and
- up to 10% administrative and operational fees related to planning, coordination, and payment processing.
The applicable option will depend on Supplier terms and operational conditions at the time.
5. No-Show & Early Departure
- A “no-show” occurs when a traveler does not arrive at the agreed meeting point or departure time without prior written notice.
- No refund will be provided in the event of a no-show.
- If you voluntarily withdraw from a trip after it has begun, or if you miss services (e.g. excursions, transfers, meals), no refund will be issued for unused portions.
6. Cancellations or Changes by DreamscapeTrip
- We may modify or cancel a trip if necessary due to safety considerations, operational constraints, or circumstances beyond our control.
- If we cancel your trip before departure for reasons not related to your actions:
- you may choose an alternative trip of similar value, or
- receive a credit for future travel, or
- receive a refund of amounts paid, minus non-recoverable Supplier costs, where applicable.
- If cancellation is due to Force Majeure, Section 4 applies.
7. Third-Party Fees & Currency
- Banks, payment providers, and card issuers—including for international card transactions—may apply additional fees or use independent currency conversion rates. These charges are outside our control and are non-refundable.
- Refunds for foreign currency payments will typically be issued in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and converted by your bank or payment provider at their applicable rates.

9. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy periodically. The policy version in effect at the time of booking will typically apply, unless required otherwise under applicable law or government regulation.
